Appointment Scheduling
New patients can schedule appointments by calling our clinic during business hours or by requesting an appointment online. Our friendly medical receptionist will assist in finding a convenient appointment time.
Pre-Appointment Information
New patients are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. Patients should bring their insurance card, photo ID, and any relevant medical records or imaging studies. If applicable, please also bring a current list of prescription and/or over-the-counter medications including dose and frequency. Appointment with Our Podiatrist
After registration, patients will meet with our podiatrist who will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of their foot or ankle condition. Our doctor’s will review the patient's medical history, discuss symptoms, and perform a physical examination to determine an accurate diagnosis.
Billing and Payment
Our billing department will assist patients with insurance verification and processing claims. Any questions regarding benefits and insurance coverage should be directed to your insurance company and/or employer. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of the appointment, and we accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and healthcare savings accounts.
