J. Cade Christensen, DPM is a Board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He was raised in Douglas County and as a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons he is proud to bring his expertise in the care of foot and ankle to the local community.
As a foot and ankle specialist, Dr Christensen has experience treating patients of all ages. He received advanced training in reconstructive surgery, trauma, sports medicine, biomechanics, and diabetic limb salvage. Over the years, Dr. Christensen has earned a strong reputation as one of the leading wound care specialists in the greater Denver area.
He completed his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University, receiving degrees in Biology and Spanish literature. Dr. Christensen is fluent in Spanish. Upon finishing his studies, he moved to San Francisco and attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine, where he received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree. He sought additional training and completed a 3-year surgical residency program at the Highlands Podiatric Surgical Residency Program in Denver, CO.
Dr. Christensen remains very active in the Denver community and has continued to give of his time and talents.
In his free time, Dr. Christensen enjoys time with his family. He has a love for Colorado outdoors and enjoys skiing, camping, fly fishing, mountain biking, and hockey.
Dr. Bean is a Board-certified podiatric surgeon at Rock Canyon Foot and Ankle Clinic. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Bean completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University. He became fluent in Spanish after serving as a full-time church missionary for 2 years in Peru and enjoys speaking Spanish with patients when applicable. He attended Midwestern University Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine followed by a three-year surgical residency in central Pennsylvania. He was appointed as chief resident and completed a rigorous surgical training program.
Dr. Bean has worked at clinics and hospitals throughout southern Colorado, Northern New Mexico, and central Colorado. Currently, he teaches residents in training and has contributed to student education as an adjunct faculty at Midwestern University College of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Bean treats a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including fractures, sprains, bunions, hammertoes, diabetic foot care, chronic wounds, Charcot neuroarthropathy, infections, and more. He finds great fulfillment in providing compassionate care to his patients and is committed to helping them achieve better health and well-being. He is dedicated to providing evidence-based and personalized care for all of his patients so they can find relief from pain and improve their quality of life.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bean enjoys a variety of activities, including running, basketball, ultimate frisbee, mountain biking, and hiking with his wife and five young boys.
